Most hidden safety hazards of large grain storage equipment do not stem from steel plate corrosion or accessory failure, but from unregulated ground bearing changes after long-term operation. In soft soil areas, seasonal frozen soil zones and high groundwater level regions common in CIS and Northeast China, uneven ground stress can easily cause subtle foundation displacement. Without professional intervention, tiny displacement will gradually evolve into silo tilt, joint deformation, air leakage and even discharge system failure, shortening the service life of storage equipment and triggering continuous grain storage risks.
